This was a legal education class taught by Conscience College Founder Antoine Davis-Bey, focusing on administrative procedures and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processes for challenging jurisdiction in court cases. The class covered how all crimes are commercial in nature under UCC Article 3, with particular emphasis on presentments, conditional acceptances, and the administrative process for discharging debts and dismissing cases. Antoine Davis-Bey explained the step-by-step process including analyzing presentments, drafting conditional acceptances, issuing notices of default and dishonor, and obtaining notary certificates of dishonor. The class addressed common pitfalls to avoid, proper documentation methods, and the importance of maintaining private mailboxes instead of P.O. boxes for legal proceedings. Students asked questions about power of attorney forms (2848), CUSIP numbers, habeas corpus proceedings, and technical issues with the online membership system.
